Head massage

Indian Head Massage has been a family tradition practised in India for thousands of years, originally used to improve scalp and hair condition.
It is a relaxing holistic treatment which focuses on head, neck and shoulders and uses a variety of pressure and techniques.
It is traditionally performed seated, but I also offer the option to receive this treatment lying down if you prefer.
Shoulders, neck & scalp are massaged using traditional techniques & nourishing ayurvedic oils.
Benefits – This treatment can help to relieve tension in the head/neck/shoulders, relieve headaches, migraines, blocked sinuses and eye strain, alleviate brain fog, improve sleep, promote hair growth, and stimulates blood flow, lymph and oxygen in the upper body.

Face massage
Mukha Abyhanga
This treatment uses ayurvedic massage techniques with beautiful + natural oils from Urban Veda to nourish and hydrate the skin, relax & tone the muscles, aid lymphatic drainage, and calm the mind.
Full treatment includes cleansing & toning with Organic Trevarno skincare.

Foot massage & Kansu treatment
Solemate
Soothe and revitalise tired, aching feet with this massage and kansu treatment.

Ayurveda has a special technique using Kansu bowl to massage the feet, traditionally known as Kansa Vati, which can help to restore balance in the whole body.
The bowl contains healing metals copper, bronze and zinc. These metals help to absorb excess body heat and inflammation, stimulate the muscular tissue, and have antiseptic properties.
Regular treatment can help to improve sleep, reduce stress, remove excess heat and toxins from the body, stimulates circulation of blood, lymph and prana, and balances the doshas.
